Our role depends on the transaction

ROHILLA DRIVE is an automotive vehicle-and-services network operated under the Rohilla Multibrand Cars business name. Depending on the transaction, Rohilla Multibrand Cars may be the direct buyer or seller, or Rohilla Drive may act as a listing, coordination, lead, referral or workflow platform connecting independent parties.

When Rohilla Multibrand Cars is a direct party to a transaction, this disclaimer does not cancel an express written commitment it makes for that direct transaction.

Not a government authority

Rohilla Drive is not an RTO, transport department or other government authority. Links to official portals are provided only for lawful verification and convenience; those portals control their own records, access rules and availability.

Third-party listings and seller information

Vehicle details on third-party listings may be supplied by sellers, dealers or other authorised users. Publication on Rohilla Drive does not by itself guarantee ownership, title, mileage, accident history, mechanical condition, service history, price accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers should perform appropriate document verification and physical/technical inspection before purchase.

Verification and risk reviews

A Rohilla Drive verification or risk review is informational and limited to information that can be lawfully accessed or reasonably checked. It is not a legal opinion, government certificate, title guarantee or promise that no hidden issue exists. Missing, delayed or inaccessible official data is not the same as a clear record.

New vehicles and authorised dealers

Rohilla Drive may coordinate enquiries with participating OEM or authorised dealership teams. Rohilla Drive does not claim OEM-authorised dealer status merely by operating this platform, and portal approval does not certify another business as OEM-authorised. Dealer authorisation, stock, final price, discounts, test-drive availability, exchange valuation, warranty and delivery commitments remain subject to the relevant authorised seller's confirmation.

Finance, insurance and regulated services

Rohilla Drive does not guarantee loan, finance or insurance eligibility or approval and does not act as a lender or insurer unless a specific legally authorised arrangement is separately and clearly disclosed. Any regulated product or advice should be handled by the relevant appropriately authorised or licensed provider, which is responsible for its product, documentation, advice and regulatory duties.

Dealers, Partners, RVSFs and recyclers

Independent dealers and Partners remain responsible for their own workmanship, representations, licences, permits, taxes, insurance, safety obligations and statutory compliance. A registered vehicle scrapping facility (RVSF) is distinct from a local recycler or scrap buyer. Rohilla Drive should describe a business as an RVSF only where the required registration or authorisation has been appropriately established.

Prices, availability and paid services

Vehicle prices, partner availability, discounts, quotes and service availability can change until confirmed by the responsible party. Where Rohilla Drive itself charges a fee, the applicable charge and material conditions should be disclosed before payment. Government fees and independent provider charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

External services

WhatsApp, social networks, maps, government sites, payment services, OEM/dealer systems and other external websites are independently operated. Their availability, content, security and policies are outside Rohilla Drive's control.

Consumer rights

This disclaimer clarifies platform roles and limitations. It does not remove or reduce any consumer right, statutory warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
